Exercise Northern Goshawk, a five-day coalition distributive mission operations (DMO) training exercise, end August 10, 2007. The AWACS Mission Training Center (MTC) aircrew at Tinker Air Force Base participated as the E-3 AWACS for the virtual theater air campaign. It was the first time Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) used the new Multi-National Information Sharing (MNIS) guard to integrate Canadian and Royal Air Force exercise participants at more realistic operational levels. The electronic filter allowed coalition members to view and interact in the virtual environment based on their appropriate level of security and country clearances.
