Within the SCT, Operational Facilities (OPFACs) can be created with a assigned Participating Unit (PU) numbers, track blocks, and Track Production Areas. Data-link messaging between the PUs can be pre-scripted to alleviate workload on sim drivers during scenario execution. Real-Time Data-Link During run-time, dynamic data-link commands can be sent and received among PUs and the theater link picture displayed at an IOS or ASCOT. Message set implementation per OPFAC is based on real-world capabilities. JSF Support We support Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) development with four Instructor Operator Stations, providing them robust Data-Link Emulation of multiple JTIDS Unit (JU) Platforms as well as the tools for analyzing each data set on the network. AWACS MTC Support Data-link training can be conducted with other DMO sites, such as virtual cockpits or another AWACS MTC site, or locally within an AWACS MTC.
